Privacy Policy

• Form submissions. When you use the contact, prayer, or serve-team form, we store your name, email, and message (plus any optional phone number) so staff can reply.
• Account information. If you have a website login, we store your name, email, role, and a hashed password. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — we never see or store the plaintext.
• Session cookies. A single signed cookie keeps you logged in between visits. No third-party tracking.
• Anonymous analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Aggregates only.
• Bot protection. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a lightweight challenge on form submissions. It does not store personal information.

We do not sell data. We do not run advertising or third-party pixels. We do not share form submissions outside the Grace Baptist staff and ministry leads who need to see them.

Some pages link to Planning Center and Church Center — giving, directory, events, registrations, and the mobile app all live there. Planning Center has their own privacy policy governing that data. Once you click through, you’re on their platform.

Email delivery is handled by Resend. YouTube embeds stream from Google. Both set their own cookies on their own domains when you interact with their players or load their assets.

Form submissions are retained so staff can search past correspondence. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing the address above. Account records stay while your account is active and are deleted on request.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and we’ll respond within 30 days.
